TCDA Pre-Checked – North Florida's Rising StarNorth Florida's Rising Star

In order to prepare for the increase in commercial and retail sectors the organization launched a new commercial and retail sites  and building marketing initiative, TCDA Pre Checked Property and building owners, upon request, will have TCDA Pre Checked signage placed in front of their properties. This enables site location personnel to expedite their search by knowing that these properties are available and that terms with owners have been established. The essential purpose of this program is to generate additional leads within the retail and commercial sectors.
